The Role:
The Implementation & System Specialist is responsible for designing and executing detailed implementation plans that align with customer goals and needs. This role plays a key part in project managing implementations, ensuring they stay on track while collaborating closely with assigned Customer Success Managers (CS) for guidance and support.
Additionally, the role will provide valuable insights to the development team, helping to improve product functionality based on customer usage and end-user experience. By leveraging their expertise and industry knowledge, the specialist ensures that we continue to deliver the best possible solutions for our customers, the role will also be a part of writing user stories of new functionality and reviewing product designs together with the Product owner on dedicated new functions.
