Litigation Paralegal (Medical Malpractice)

We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal to join their team in Baltimore, MD. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review legal documents, pleadings, and motions

• Conduct legal research to support active litigation cases

• Assist attorneys in all phases of litigation

• Maintain and manage case files and documentation

• Communicate with clients regarding case status and information needs

• Support trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and discovery materials

The firm primarily focuses on medical malpractice and civil rights litigation. Experience with plaintiff-side litigation is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in legal document preparation and review

• Bachelors degree or Paralegal Certificate preferred
