THE DickersonBakker BRAND PROMISE

Our Purpose
We aim to provide the best possible platform for exceptionally talented people to perform their
life’s best work by helping nonprofits make a greater impact in their respective areas of
passion.

OUR CORE VALUES

Committed to Partnership
We are passionate about what our clients do and seek authentic personal connections with
each. For us, it’s all about mission and service, not a “flash and dash” sales pitch. We will never
sell a bill of goods and then hardly show up when the real work starts. When we engage you as
a client, we commit to being there every step of the way, shoulder to shoulder with you until
the job is done. We do what we say we’re going to do, and usually even more.

Fueled by Faith
Our faith is what fuels our passion to do what we do. Even though we do not exclusively serve
faith-based organizations, each member of our team possesses a sense of Christian calling to
service. Much of how we approach our work is founded on Biblical principles of stewardship.
And since we take our faith seriously, you can count on us to serve with integrity and be held
accountable for everything we promise.

You are Unique
Your organization and situation are unique. So you need real solutions, not a cookie-cutter
program. We are committed to working with you to design individualized services that fit your
own set of organizational needs, circumstances, and budget.

Experience Matters
Each member of our team has a proven track record of achieving real success in what clients
hire us to help them do. Because at the end of the day, it’s not about being the smartest person
in the room – it’s about knowing how to get things done. At the same time, while we take our
work seriously, we try not to take ourselves too seriously. We love what we do and gain joy
from doing it.

Measurable Results
We are committed to achieving measurable results with each of our clients. You are making a
big investment, and you need to see a real return. We understand that. For most nonprofits,
money is always in short supply. But when dealing with complex situations, real change isn’t
easy, and it doesn’t come cheap, especially when bringing a depth and breadth of experience to
bear, as we do. Fortunately, most of our clients have plenty of latent opportunity bottled up
just waiting to be released and will usually see a net positive return on investment within the
first year of service.
