Job description

This is a remote position.

Job Highlights:

Contract: Independent Contractor


Scope


  • 20 hours per week

  • 12pm to 4pm McCook, IL time working hours

  • Remote position and directly reporting to the owner

  • Handling financial tasks for multiple business categories

  • Start date within two weeks to prepare for the busy season beginning in March


Responsibilities


  • Manage accounts and receipts

  • Perform data entry into QuickBooks Online

  • Prepare and deliver financial reports upon completion

  • Reconcile accounts regularly to ensure accuracy

  • Handle vendor account management

  • Analyze financial reports and provide insights

  • Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks as needed



Requirements


  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online

  • Strong bookkeeping and basic accounting skills

  • Excellent English communication skills

  • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

  • Experience with financial report preparation and analysis

  • Familiarity with Google Drive for document management
