This is a remote position.
End-to-end ownership of Meta Ads campaigns across multiple local markets (newsletter growth, merchandise drops, memberships, etc.)
Media buying: Plan, launch, and manage ad sets and campaigns with precision targeting and creative testing.
Performance optimization: Monitor ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPMs, and conversion metrics daily—optimize in real time.
Creative strategy: Collaborate on or develop ad creatives (copy + visuals) that convert; work with our team or freelancers to execute.
Budget ownership: Allocate and manage monthly and weekly ad budgets across geos and campaigns.
A/B testing: Run ongoing experiments across audiences, placements, and creatives to find scalable winners.
Reporting & insights: Deliver weekly performance reports with clear insights and next steps.
Stay on top of Meta platform updates, best practices, and performance trends in paid social.
