Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, managing all communications through the Airbnb platform with professionalism and warmth
Handle the full cycle of reservations, including inquiries, bookings, modifications, and cancellation with efficiency and attention to detail
Proactively address guest needs and swiftly resolve any issues that arise, ensuring consistently high levels of guest satisfaction
Collaborate closely with on-site staff to maintain impeccable property standards and coordinate guest requests
Utilize Logify property management software to streamline internal operations and task management
During quieter periods, assist with additional projects that may include sales-related activities, contributing to the company’s growth initiatives
Stay updated on local attractions, events, and services to provide valuable recommendations to guests, enhancing their overall experience
Requirements
Proven track record of at least 1 year working with the Airbnb platform, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of its features and best practices
Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to convey warmth and professionalism in all interactions
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset, capable of thinking on your feet to resolve guest concerns efficiently
Proficiency in using property management software, with experience in Logify being a significant advantage
Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting, showing initiative and self-motivation
Tech-savvy with a quick learning curve for new tools and processes
Flexibility to adapt to the evolving needs of a growing business, including potential future involvement in sales-related tasks
