What You’ll Do: 

• Drive Customer Adoption of Mitiga’s CDR Platform: Serve as the primary technical lead post-sale, owning deployment planning, implementation support, and tuning Mitiga’s detection and investigation features to customer needs. 
• Own Technical Enablement: Deliver training, configuration sessions, and ongoing platform optimization to security teams using Mitiga's CDR solution. 
• Design Integration Architectures: Guide customers through best-practice integration of Mitiga’s platform across complex SaaS and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP, M365, Okta, etc). 
• Maintain & Evolve Documentation: Build and maintain onboarding and configuration documentation, integration guides, and use-case driven adoption playbooks in collaboration with the D&I and investigation teams. 
• Be the Technical Voice of the Customer: Advocate for customer requirements internally, identifying technical gaps and collaborating with product and engineering teams to drive improvements. 
• Collaborate with Investigations Team: Support incident response alignment, assist with detection tuning, and deliver technical insights into threat hunting use cases. 
• Pre-Sales Support (Optional): Assist sales with technical discovery and proof-of-value support for strategic accounts. 

Requirements

Who You Are: 

• Technical Security Expert: 5+ years in security architecture, solution engineering, or customer-facing security roles in a cloud-native or SaaS-focused company. 
• Cloud & SaaS Security Know-How: Deep familiarity with AWS, Azure, GCP, and security tooling like Okta, GitHub, M365, Google Workspace. 
• Hands-On Technical Skills: Comfortable with APIs, scripting (Python/Bash), log pipelines, data normalization, and detection logic. 
• Strong Communicator: Able to explain architecture and detection concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders. 
• Self-Starter with High Ownership: Takes initiative and sees technical work through end-to-end with minimal oversight. 
• Collaborative & Practical: Works closely with CSMs, D&I, Product, and Investigations to deliver real-world solutions.
