How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Lead and inspire a team of sourcing specialists to achieve greatness.
- Develop and maintain cutting-edge sourcing metrics and KPIs.
- Implement innovative best practices in sourcing and recruitment.
- Hit sourcing targets and deliver top-tier candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand and fulfil their talent needs.
- Provide deep market insights to the business to support decision making.
- Ensure that the team is focussed on delivering a stellar candidate experience.
- Champion initiatives to create an inclusive and diverse talent community across the region.
- Collaborate with Talent Management to ensure that internal sourcing activities are aligned and impactful.
- Working closely with Employer Branding to ensure that projects and activities are fully aligned to develop a strong candidate pipeline.
Your Background:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven track record in 'in house' strategic sourcing and leading a Talent Acquisition /Sourcing team.
- Experience working across the full EMEA region at both an operational and a strategic level.
- Experience working at a strategic level within a complex, matrixed business, able to bring the internal customer perspective/voice of the customer into the talent acquisition function.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Outstanding communication, consultative selling, and interpersonal abilities.
- Analytical mindset with a knack for interpreting data and metrics.
- Experience in change management and process improvement.
