Job description

Call Center Representative

This is a full-time, remote position. Candidate needs to be located within the Eastern Time Zone.

Schedule 1: Monday through Friday 8:30 AM – 5 PM

Schedule 2: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 8:30 AM – 7 PM

City Facilities Management reserves the right to adjust schedule based on future business needs.

Job Purpose & Responsibilities

The Call Center Representative is responsible for answering inbound calls and initiating outbound calls in a timely and efficient manner, and acts as liaison between field associates and store managers to ensure all maintenance jobs are completed. The Help Desk is a 24/7 business unit.  

  • Experience managing multiple projects and tasks and ability to prioritize to meet deadlines

  • Experience managing multiple customers

  • Self-Motivated successfully complete and learn new task

  • Detailed-oriented, demonstrated follow-through with a “hands on,” “can do,” and “Jack of all trades” positive attitude.

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Outstanding analytical skills

  • Capacity to work independently on a team

  • Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to liaison with field associates to prioritize calls


Requirements

  • High School Diploma

  • Effective oral and written communication and customer service skills

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively

  • Ability to navigate multiple system simultaneously

  • Experience in Windows 10, Microsoft Office suite and/or Microsoft teams

  • Advance knowledge of MS Office Suite & Word

  • Advance knowledge of Excel

  • Self-Motivated and a Willingness to learn new skills

  • Ability to work remotely

  • Previous experience working in customer service
