GNO Partners was founded by Gal and Ouriel, who built two successful Amazon brands that exceeded eight figures in total sales and exited in 2021.

We help 7- and 8-figure Amazon FBA sellers in scaling their businesses by implementing our proven systems and strategies. Our fully remote team of experts has worked with over 250 brands in the last 24 months and is currently partnered with more than 140 active clients.

We are NOT a 'Done-For-You' agency but rather a consulting firm with a 'Done-With-You' service model. We provide hands-on expertise to help our clients improve profits and revenues while integrating complete systems, processes, and frameworks so they can scale and manage their Amazon brand like top (7 & 8-figure) operators independently, without relying on us in the long term.

About The Role:

We’re hiring a Revenue & Finance Operations Manager to own the entire financial infrastructure that supports our consulting business. From client billing and team commissions to financial dashboards and CRM automations — you’ll be responsible for designing and managing the backend system that powers GNO’s growth.

This role sits at the intersection of finance, operations, analytics, and systems. You’ll report directly to the founders and work cross-functionally with Client Success, Sales, and Accounting.

Your Core Responsibilities:

- Own client billing & payments: Create and send invoices, track payments (credit card & bank), follow up on overdue invoices, handle credit card issues, and maintain a full billing audit trail.
- Calculate commissions: Manage commission payouts for sales closers and consultants based on cash collected, ensuring accuracy and transparency across all team members.
- Maintain financial oversight: Deliver monthly profit reports, track categorized expenses, assist with cash movement, and reconcile against bank records and accounting tools.
- Build decision dashboards: Create and maintain Power BI (or Google Sheets) dashboards that visualize performance across revenue, profitability, client LTV, and commissions.
- Own CRM-based financial workflows: Use Pipedrive to track client status (active/paused/unpaid), commission triggers, and payment statuses. Maintain a clean CRM-to-finance pipeline.
- Automate and streamline systems :Use tools like Zapier or Make to automate tasks like invoice alerts, payment updates, and reporting. Maintain and improve our 20+ SOPs covering billing, commissions, and finance ops.
- Manage team & partner payments: Handle bi-weekly VA payouts, monthly freelancer payments, and affiliate tracking/commissions.


Qualifications:

- Have direct experience in a similar environment: You’ve worked in a finance or revenue operations role at a digital marketing agency or consultancy, managing billing, payments, and reporting across multiple clients.
- Have handled commissions end-to-end: You’ve previously managed commission calculations and payouts for sales or consulting teams, based on collected revenue from different sources (e.g. credit card, bank transfer).
- Have built financial dashboards and reports: You’ve created dashboards in Power BI (or similar tools) to track profitability, revenue trends, or team performance — and used those to support leadership decisions.
- Have set up financial workflows in a CRM: You’ve implemented or maintained billing and payment tracking workflows in tools like Pipedrive, HubSpot, or Salesforce, and kept client billing status updated in real time.
- Have designed or followed structured SOPs: You’ve worked in environments where SOPs were followed and improved, and you’ve helped build automated systems that reduce errors and improve reporting accuracy.
- Have used automation tools for finance ops: You’ve used tools like Zapier or Make to automate repetitive finance tasks — such as invoice notifications, CRM updates, or internal alerts — and improved operational efficiency through automation.
