Currently, we are looking for a person ready to join our Internal IT and become a Senior IT Support Specialist.
In this role, you will cooperate closely with the global IT team and other internal stakeholders to ensure the proper level of internal IT services.
Responsibilities include managing the Microsoft 365 environment, implementing security measures, administering Azure/Entra ID, supporting internal users, managing corporate infrastructure, and driving IT change initiatives.
Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience, excellent knowledge of M365/Entra ID services, identity and access management, scripting skills, and familiarity with various operating systems and ITSM software.
Additional skills such as ITIL certification, experience with Google, Office 365, Okta and public cloud services are a plus.
Your daily responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the Microsoft 365 environment, including Intune, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive
Manage operating system and application updates (MacOS and Windows) via Intune
Administer Azure/Entra ID including user accounts, groups, and Enterprise Application configuration (SSO, SAML, OIDC, MFA policies)
Other administrative tasks in Entra ID

Have excellent knowledge and a proven track record of administering and developing complex corporate M365/Entra ID services
Ability to configure and build Sharepoint sites
Thorough knowledge of identity and access management concepts such as segregation of duties, role-based access, multi-factor authentication, least privilege, user lifecycle management, single sign-on (SSO), SAML, OIDC, OAuth
Working knowledge in PowerShell and GraphAPI
Knowledge of OKTA
Be willing to learn and expand your knowledge in IT related areas
Possess good analytical and problem-solving skills
Have the ability to plan projects and execute them independently
Have integrity and attention to detail
Have a good knowledge of different operating systems (macOS, Windows, Linux)
Have previous experience with JIRA Service Desk or similar ITSM software
