The Opportunity:
The Senior Vice President (SVP) of Clinical Compliance will have full oversight of the Clients’ MDS lifecycle, from staffing to training, and the overall management of the Clients’ portfolio, and supporting Limitlessli’s other clients where required. This role is pivotal in overseeing the clinical reimbursement process, ensuring the timely and accurate completion of MDS outcomes, and managing contractor relations within the Clients’ portfolio. The SVP will be responsible for auditing MDS completion results, managing clinical trial accounts, and ensuring compliance with all MDS laws and updates. The role will also include leading the training program, workforce management, and developing client training plans. This is a remote position reporting directly to upper management.

Key Responsibilities:
Clients’ MDS Lifecycle Oversight:
- Full oversight of the complete lifecycle of the Clients’ MDS process, ensuring all phases are executed efficiently and meet organizational goals.
- Ensure all MDS activities, including completion, reporting, and outcomes, are following internal standards and regulatory requirements.
Staffing, Training, and Contractor Relations:
- Oversee all staffing and training efforts for contractors within the Clients’ portfolio, ensuring they have the resources, knowledge, and support needed to succeed.
- Foster strong relationships with contractors, ensuring clear communication, consistent performance, and high morale.
- Manage workforce activity, productivity, scalability, workflow, and capacity for the Clients’ portfolio, ensuring optimal performance at all times.
- Collaborate with the Workforce Manager to monitor the workforce’s capacity and scalability, adjusting as necessary to meet project needs.
- Oversee and manage the leave approval process for the MDS workforce.
- Ensure training programs are aligned with client needs and regulatory requirements.
MDS Outcome Reporting & Auditing:
- Report on MDS outcomes across the Clients’ portfolio, tracking performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct regular audits of MDS completion results, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and alignment with defined pods.
Compliance & Legal Understanding:
- Stay informed of all laws, regulations, and updates related to MDS and clinical reimbursement to ensure the organization remains compliant.
Client Account Management:
- Manage client accounts as assigned, acting as the primary point of contact for clinical reimbursement and MDS matters.
- Meet with clients regularly to assess needs, resolve concerns, and ensure client satisfaction.
Client MDS Calls:
- Participate in and manage client MDS calls as assigned, ensuring the provision of expert clinical reimbursement guidance and support.
- Address any clinical or operational issues that arise during client meetings, ensuring they are resolved effectively.
Cross Coverage:
- Serve as backup for the Chief Clinical Reimbursement Officer to ensure continued smooth operations during their absence (PTO, scheduling conflicts).
To succeed in this role you will need:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant clinical field (e.g., Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or Medical Sciences).
- At least 10 years of experience in clinical reimbursement or related healthcare roles, with significant exposure to MDS and clinical trial management.
- Proven experience managing teams, contractors, and client accounts in a remote setting.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute training programs, with a focus on MDS and clinical reimbursement services.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of MDS processes, clinical trial management, and the healthcare reimbursement landscape.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a remote workforce.
- In-depth understanding of healthcare regulations, particularly those related to MDS, and the ability to stay updated on industry changes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with contractors, clients, and internal teams.
- Excellent organizational and auditing skills, with the ability to ensure accuracy and efficiency in clinical and administrative processes.
- Proficiency with digital tools, workflow management software, and remote team collaboration platforms.
