Job Title: Supervisor: CIED Staff Development  

 Compensation Range: $2-3/hr differential
Location:
United States, Remote 

Job Type: Full-Time

Duties and Responsibilities 

As the CIED Staff Development Supervisor, you will report directly to the Manager for CIED monitoring. During your employment, you will devote your best efforts to the business of Cardiac RMS, and DocGo. These duties and responsibilities include, without limitation, the following: 

 

  • Hybrid role-40% clinical PCS responsibilities/60% supervisory responsibilities  

  • Works as part of a supervisory team within CIED operations to ensure continuity, consistency, and strong lines of communication. 

  • Acts as role model for the CIED team, consistently demonstrating professionalism, positivity, and productivity  

  • Demonstrates excellence when performing PCS functions; provides quality and accurate transmission review and reporting in a timely manner. 

  • Coordinates team orientation and training for new staff members: 

  • Accepts staff handoff from CIED training team 

  • Assigns preceptor for new team member(in conjunction with Associate Manager) 

  • Assumes responsibilities of Preceptor in assigned Preceptor’s absence 

  • Meets with preceptor and new staff member weekly to discuss progress 

  • Communicates progress of new team members on a weekly basis to Associate Manager and Training team 

  • Notifies audit team when new team member is functioning independently 

  • Participates in ongoing education of staff 

  • Moderates EGM channel: provides team education as needed on challenging EGMs 

  • Stays up to date with and communicates vendor education offerings/webinars 

  • Works with training team to develop IBHRE resources and study offerings 

  • Workflow development champion for new remote monitoring platforms 

  • Other duties as assigned 

Qualifications: 

  • IBHRE Certification 

  • Five years of experience in clinical remote monitoring role. 

  • In office device experience preferred 

  • Education/training experience preferred 

  • Must possess leadership and supervisory ability and the willingness to work harmoniously with other personnel. 

  • Problem solving skills, attention to detail, & organization skills 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 

  • Strong organizational and time management skills 

  • Managing workflows and delegating tasks 

  • Ability to remain calm, focused, and helpful under stress
