Key responsabilities:

Develop and execute regional channel sales plans to meet overall sales targets based on market conditions.

Guide and supervise the regional sales team to achieve sales goals and maintain market order.

Regularly engage with distributors for market planning and inventory management, ensuring compliance with expense applications and usage.

Monitor retail trends and competitor activities in the region to enhance the sales network and align with brand development strategies.

Job description

1、根据公司整体销售目标和区域市场情况，制定并执行区域渠道销售计划，确保达成销售目标。

2、指导和监督区域销售团队完成销售指标，规范渠道执行运作流程，维护市场秩序。

3、定期与经销商进行市场规划与复盘，协助客户管理进销存，优化客户产品结构。对经销商费用的申请、使用跟进、核销及合规性负责。

4、密切关注并反馈所负责区域零售业态及竞争品牌的动向和变化，完善所在区域的销售网络布局，匹配品牌网络发展策略。

5、与所负责区域的头部商场建立良好沟通，定期开展推广计划沟通及复盘，合理利用资源部提升品牌影响力及所在场域的销售。

任职要求：

1、本科及以上学历，市场营销、工商管理等相关专业优先。

2、具备5年以上消费品行业销售经验，3年以上购物中心和百货渠道管理经验，有美妆行业经验者优先。

3、熟悉购物中心和百货渠道运作模式，具备丰富的渠道开发和管理经验。

4、具备良好的市场敏锐度和分析能力，能够根据市场变化制定相应的销售策略。

5、优秀的沟通协调能力、谈判能力和团队管理能力。

6、具备较强的抗压能力和执行力，能够适应快节奏的工作环境。

7、熟练使用办公软件，具备一定的数据分析能力。
