Job description

Schedule: 09:00 PM - 2:00 AM PHT

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

  • Customer Communication – Ability to professionally handle client inquiries, follow-ups, reminders, and scheduling changes via email, text, or calls.
  • CRM & Spreadsheet Management – Proficiency in tools like Google Sheets and basic CRMs for tracking leads, jobs, and invoices.
  • Invoicing & Payment Tracking – Experience in creating, sending, and following up on invoices; maintaining accurate payment records.
  • Scheduling & Route Optimization – Ability to manage job calendars (via Yardbook, Jobber, etc.) and ensure efficient routing for field teams.
  • Attention to Detail & Organization – Strong organizational skills for keeping schedules, trackers, and client interactions consistent and error-free.

Nice to have:

  • Social media management (Facebook, Instagram, Google Business
  • Email marketing (Mailchimp, Jobber)

What will you do?

  • Manage leads and client communication – Track leads, send follow-ups, job reminders, and respond to inquiries.
  • Send quotes and invoices – Prepare and follow up on job estimates and completed work billing.
  • Maintain schedules – Update weekly/monthly calendars and ensure efficient routing for jobs.
  • Track payments and follow up on unpaid invoices – Maintain accurate financial records.
  • Request and manage reviews – Gather client feedback post-job to boost online presence.
