Job Summary:
A Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Functional Consultant specializes in implementing, configuring, and optimizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O solutions to meet business needs.
Required Skills:
• D365 Finance Consultant
• Knowledge on Avalara Tax and knowledge on Canada Tax (GST)
• Knowledge on the retail account, month end process
• Experience on D365 Retail is mandatory
Responsibilities:
• Gather and analyze business requirements to design and configure D365 F&O solutions.
• Customize modules such as Finance, Fixed Assets, and Retail account, Management reporter.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure functionality.
• Provide user training, go-live support, and post-implementation optimization.

• Document system configurations and business process flows.
Qualifications:

• Expertise in finance modules (e.g., General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable) and other functional areas like supply chain or manufacturing.

• Proficiency in end-to-end implementation cycles (design to deployment).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing environments and work independently or as part of a team.
