We are seeking a skilled Mid-Level Service Cloud Salesforce Admin to join our dynamic team and contribute to the optimization and enhancement of our Salesforce Service Cloud applications in a diverse, international environment. In this role, you will play a key part in managing and configuring Salesforce Service Cloud features, ensuring effective service delivery and improved customer experiences.

Responsibilities
-Administer and configure Salesforce Service Cloud applications, including managing cases, queues, and service processes.
-Utilize Salesforce Flow Builder to automate processes and enhance service delivery.
-Create and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor service performance and identify areas for improvement.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions that meet business needs.
-Manage user access, roles, and profiles, ensuring compliance with Salesforce security best practices.
-Provide support and training to end-users to enhance their understanding of Service Cloud functionalities.
-Stay updated on Salesforce releases and new features to leverage them for continuous improvement.

Requirements
-Proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud features and capabilities.
-Strong experience with Salesforce Flow Builder for process automation.
-Solid understanding of Salesforce security model, including roles, profiles, and sharing rules.
-Experience with report and dashboard creation in Salesforce.
-Familiarity with user management and data management best practices in Salesforce.
-Experience with version control systems such as GitHub/Gearset
-English - Fluent.

Nice to Have
-Salesforce Service Cloud certification.
-Experience with Salesforce Knowledge and Omni-Channel features.
-Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in Scrum teams.
-Writing requirements in user story formats
-Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
