Role Overview:

We are seeking a full-time Social Media Manager to handle daily community management and content posting for client accounts on Instagram and TikTok. You’ll be responsible for proactive engagement, reactive management, content publishing, and asset organisation. Attention to detail and content quality is crucial, as we’re a social-first agency that prides itself on strong creative execution.


Key Responsibilities Community Management – Per Day, Per Account Proactive Tasks:
  • Unfollow 15 low-interaction accounts
  • Follow 10 new relevant accounts
  • Leave 10 meaningful comments on target Instagram accounts
  • Leave 10 comments on trending TikTok content

  • Reactive Tasks:
  • Respond to all (unless customer-service and agreed with Komodo) comments, messages, and interactions across platforms in a timely and on-brand manner

  • Content Management
  • Save all User-Generated Content (UGC) stories from client accounts and organise into Dropbox folders by brand/campaign
  • Post TikToks created by clients or our team
  • Post stories across all assigned accounts

  • Requirements
  • Proven experience managing brand accounts on Instagram and TikTok
  • High attention to detail and ability to maintain brand tone and voice
  • Strong organisational skills for UGC asset management
  • Familiarity with TikTok trends and social-first engagement strategies
  • Ability to work AU hours and deliver consistent daily tasks without supervision

  • Preferred Tools & Skills
  • Use of scheduling/posting tools like Later, Planoly, Buffer, or Metricool
  • Experience using Canva or similar design tools for story creation
  • Dropbox or Google Drive for file management
  • Excellent written English
  • Nice to have - Create Instagram stories using provided templates
  • Required profile
