Responsibilities:
Drive customer satisfaction through professional and timely responses to inquiries, feedback, and order-related questions
Manage and optimize product listings across multiple premium e-commerce platforms
Execute pricing updates and maintain accurate product information across all digital channels
Create and upload engaging product content, including video materials
Process and resolve customer service tickets efficiently
Maintain consistent brand standards across all marketplace platforms
Monitor and update inventory information across multiple channels
Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns
Generate and analyze basic performance reports for continuous improvement
Requirements:
Proven experience managing products on major e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Lazada, Shopee)
Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Proficiency in basic data entry and digital content management
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Reliable internet connection
Filipino resident able to work full-time
Experience with digital marketing platforms is a plus
Comfortable with learning new technology platforms and tools
