Job Description:

The Senior Financial Analyst will play a critical role in providing financial planning, analysis, and reporting to our EMEA business. This individual will be responsible for developing financial models, analyzing performance, preparing forecasts, and providing insights to management. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of delivering impactful financial analysis.  

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain complex financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning processes.

  • Analyze financial data, identify key trends, and provide insightful commentary on business performance against targets.

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and management presentations.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Operations) to understand business drivers and provide financial support for initiatives.

  • Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis to support strategic projects, investment decisions, and business development opportunities.

  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track business performance and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in financial analysis.

  • Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting concepts, and financial modeling techniques.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis tools.
