What You Will Do: 

  • The Technology Consulting Director in Guidehouse’s (practice) will work in building an engineering team in the development of innovative software solutions.
  • Create and deliver impactful results in Data Migration Framework, BigDB (custom NoSQL) framework, Enhanced Search framework,
  • Skilled in strategic planning, project management, and team leadership, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality products.
  • Streamlined engineering processes from requirements through delivery,
  • Built dynamic and performing engineering teams across multiple centers
  • Implementation of a Supervisory Compliance application to ensure adherence to regulations, streamlining compliance processes and mitigating risk (could be in Finance/Banking or Healthcare) industries
  • Solution offerings that meet market demands, creating new solutions, establishing guidelines, common protocols, and identifying opportunity that work with multiple customers
  • Solution building – ability to understand customer solutions, solution development, solution to execution planning,
  • Guiding monitoring execution teams to delivery promised solutions to outcomes
  •  Identifying and implementing overall program improvements for clients
  •  Effectively leveraging project resources to accomplish tasks while providing regular feedback and coaching

What You Will Need: 

  • Experience in launching engineering technology projects
  • Critical thinking to solve problems and develop innovative solutions to client’s management, technology, and operational challenges
  • 20+ years minimum of experience in technology
  •  Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college/university
  •  Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  •  Excellent oral and written communication skills
  •  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

 

What Would Be Nice To Have: 

  • Master's in Engineering or Advanced engineering degree (or equivalent)
  • Experience facilitating meetings and public speaking with large groups

The annual salary range for this position is $171,000.00-$285,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
