As an early and formative member of the Charlie team, you will play a leading role in creating a simple, transparent, and delightful banking experience for tech-comfortable retirees. We’re looking for a creative, analytical, and highly motivated Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll have a primary focus on driving new user acquisition through product-led growth. You’ll also lead the charge in driving customer referrals through new product go-to-market strategies and the activation, retention, and engagement of our existing customers.
The ideal candidate will have a unique blend of growth marketing and product marketing experiences that allow them to work effectively alongside our Product, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams. You’ll need the capability to think strategically and the ability and willingness to roll up your sleeves to execute where necessary. You need to be comfortable working amidst ambiguity and thrive in bringing people together towards a common strategy.
You’d be joining a highly experienced group of founders, including our CEO, Kevin Nazemi, who served as the Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Oscar Health (NYSE: OSCR), and a company financially supported by some of the most respected FinTech Investors.
Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate go-to-market strategies, ensuring a unified approach to delivering product-led growth.
Orchestrate and execute product marketing activities with cross-functional teams to maximize product uptake and visibility.
Drive awareness and adoption of key core product features that lead to customer satisfaction and retention.
Monitor and track marketing effectiveness, adoption, and growth of our product features.
Empower Sales and Customer Success teams with essential tools and narratives, enabling them to communicate the product’s story effectively.
Manage post-launch optimization efforts, addressing market shifts and leveraging new opportunities to sustain product momentum.
Qualifications
At least 5 years of product marketing with a focus on growth and direct-to-consumer.
Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
Experience planning and executing integrated go-to-market campaigns across multiple marketing channels.
Proven track record of collaborating cross-functionally to achieve shared KPIs.
A positive can-do attitude.
Organized and results-oriented.
BA/BS degree.
