Provides individual psychotherapy to children and adolescents referred through the TCHATT program in the Department of Psychiatry.
Develops, implements and reviews Individual Treatment Plans.
Assists with training and education of mental health clinician trainees.
Assists in the implementation of Quality Improvement/Quality Management programs and in the monitoring of compliance with required policies, procedures and standards.
Provides routine consultation and communication with supervisor and/or psychiatric provider regarding the status of assigned patients.
Completes clinically appropriate and timely documentation.
Liaisons with patient, patient families, on-site departments and community agencies to coordinate current treatment and/or facilitate aftercare services
Adheres to internal controls and reporting structure.
