Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the Director of New Business Implementation Health Services, supporting projects and activities to oversee and deliver special/strategic, cross-enterprise projects for Medical Excellence (ME).;
  • Manage and maintain platforms to house Medical Excellence and Clinical Solutions (CS) content. ;Materials and data include policies and procedures, workflows, contract grids, archives of Med Excellence/Clinical Solutions documents/data that support programs, regulatory audits, accreditation, Transformation project plans, and outcomes. ;
  • Manage and develop member experience, quality initiatives, and end-to-end experience.
  • Identify opportunities for operational support systems and platforms to track daily ME/CS operations. ;Coordinate the ongoing collection and archiving of these materials, determining priority and interacting with cross-enterprise functions to overcome system and process obstacles.
  • Track, analyze, and report on projects, key metrics, open issues, and barriers to completion.
  • Support the Director of New Business Implementation Health Services in managing the data collection, analysis, and recommendations on the assigned sub-projects of ME/CS significant initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the Enterprise Project Management Office and other corporate departments to facilitate ongoing Working, Enterprise Governance, and other ME/CS meetings, including preparing presentations, tracking meeting outcomes, etc. ;;
  • Represent Med Excellence / Clinical Sol on project/process improvement teams regarding enterprise organizational change; act as a source for the operational processes and strategic initiatives of Med Excellence / Clinical ;Solutions. ;
  • Facilitate standardization of policies and processes across ME/CS.

Education/ Experience:;

  • Bachelor’s Degree;
  • Managed care experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated expertise in SharePoint administration, including site creation and maintenance, is preferred.
  • Independent thinker, strong organizational and excellent analytic skills.
  • Ability to manage projects, timelines, and deliverables on assigned, broad-scope, visible initiatives.
  • Strongly prefer MS Project experience
  • Required expert in systems similar to Microsoft Publisher, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, and Point.
