Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and collaborative Digital Marketing Manager with approximately two years of experience to join our team. This role offers the flexibility to work remotely from Mexico or from Dallas, Texas area. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in paid media implementation, a keen interest in learning strategy, and an understanding of Email Service Providers (ESPs) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms. An eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage and prioritize tasks effectively are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Paid Media Management: Develop, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Pinterest, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Strategic Development: Collaborate with the team to design and implement advertising strategies that align with client goals, utilizing data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
  • ESP and CRM Proficiency: Utilize platforms such as HubSpot, Klaviyo, and Iterable to manage and optimize email marketing and customer relationship initiatives.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Client and Team Communication: Effectively communicate with clients and internal team members, presenting campaign strategies, performance reports, and project updates.
  • Task Management and Prioritization: Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of tasks and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Qualifications

  • Approximately 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid media campaigns.
  • Understanding of ESP and CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Klaviyo, and Iterable.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, client-facing experience is a plus.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • A proactive and collaborative mindset, with a passion for continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Advanced English.
