For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:
Minimum 2 years experience in an insurance customer service role within the French market (motor insurance experience is a big plus) or relevant tertiary qualification;
Excellent communication and organizational skills to assertively overcome conflicts and find creative solutions;
Ability to identify and address customer needs while keeping internal processes in mind;
Affinity to new technologies and solutions, such as digital customer journeys;
Experience in working in or closely with digital insurance companies, TPAs, and/or MGAs;
Fluent command of French and English (at least a C1 level); other European languages are a plus;
Availability to work on a full remote project based in Portugal.
