Numerator is seeking a top-performing research professional to help establish and grow our presence in Germany. As a Senior Research Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in bringing Numerator’s rich portfolio of survey capabilities to some of the most iconic brands in the region. This is a unique opportunity to work with our clients on business-driving projects, serving as a trusted advisor to provide expert guidance and strategic insights. Your responsibilities will include project management, research design, final analysis and delivery of results to clients, ensuring that Numerator’s offerings are tailored to meet the unique needs of the German market. Additionally, you will act as the primary point of contact for clients in the region, building strong partnerships and driving engagement.
As this role is integral to Numerator’s presence in Germany, you will act as both a research expert and a key representative of our brand in the region, working closely with cross-functional teams to establish a strong foundation for growth. Success in this role will require entrepreneurial energy and a strong understanding of survey methodologies.
What you'll do:
Serve as the primary point of contact for German clients, driving engagement, building strong relationships, and acting as a trusted strategic partner. Collaborate closely with other team members (sales, product, operations, etc.) and delegate tasks as needed.
Responsible for the full project life-cycle, which would include scoping, project design (including proposal writing as needed), execution, and analysis of client-specific projects, including questionnaire writing, sample selection, tab and analytical plans, deliverable creation, and presentation of results
Possess a solid understanding of sample methodologies, research techniques, industry standards, intermediate panel structures, and the ability to identify and interpret advanced analytics with some guidance, as well as opportunities for other Numerator offerings
Contribute to client strategy in collaboration with the account team and provide support for sales initiatives
Manage client workload with minimal supervision/oversight required
Travel, as required, to support the above responsibilities
What You'll Bring to Numerator
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
5+ years of quantitative research experience
Fluency in German and English is required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to build and grow client relationships
