The Opportunity

Right now, we’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who doesn’t just run campaigns, but owns, transforms, and redefines how we scale.

This isn’t your typical growth role. It’s more than just "optimizing conversion rates" or "driving MQLs". This is a founding growth role,and your chance to shape the next phase of Mixmax’s journey from the ground up. Most marketers inherit a playbook. Here? You’ll write it.

A marketer who doesn’t just execute well, but knows how to drive experiments, product loops, and viral motions that actually move the needle.

Location: This role can be based anywhere in Europe, Canada or LATAM. We can't hire in the USA at the moment.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Define and execute a full-funnel product-led growth strategy across acquisition, activation, adoption, expansion, and retention.

  • Leverage Mixmax itself to create viral loops, and referral flows, that drive growth.

  • Increase account expansion by optimizing onboarding flows and driving invites across teams.

  • Collaborate with Product & Engineering to build free tools that drive sign-ups and product discovery.

  • Use data to pinpoint bottlenecks in the user journey then fix them. Faster time to "aha" = more engaged users.

  • Turn free trials into paid self-serve customers or Product Qualified Accounts (PQAs) for our Sales team to engage.

  • Drive adoption of new features and ensure customers get continuous value from the product.

  • Partner with CS to grow revenue through upgrades, cross-sell, and smart retention plays.

  • Identify and surface expansion-ready accounts using in-product signals and usage data.

  • Create targeted campaigns to re-engage inactive users or prevent churn in at-risk segments.

What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years of growth marketing experience in B2B SaaS, ideally with a product-led growth model.

  • A proven track record of owning and scaling user growth through experimentation and data.

  • Killer copywriting skills, you can move users with words (and get them to click).

  • Strong analytical skills: you live for A/B testing, cohort analysis, and digging through funnel data.

  • Self-starter mentality with a bias for action, you don’t wait to be told, you just go.

  • Naturally collaborative, with experience working cross-functionally across Product, Sales, and CS.

  • Curiosity that borders on obsession, you're always learning, iterating, and pushing for better.
