Position Overview

As the Sales Operations Specialist at Candex, you will play a critical role in optimizing our sales processes, systems, and tools to maximize efficiency and effectiveness. You will take on various new projects and work closely with the sales, marketing, and finance teams to ensure alignment and drive performance. This collaborative role will involve working with multiple teams to innovate and implement strategies that enhance our overall sales operations.

Responsibilities 

Sales Operations Management:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies, processes, and workflows to improve overall sales efficiency.
  • Manage and optimize the sales tech stack, including zoho CRM, sales automation tools, and analytics platforms.
  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and maintain sales forecasting and pipeline management processes.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales performance and provide insights to senior management.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Partner with marketing to align on lead generation strategies and ensure seamless handoff to the sales team.
  • Collaborate with finance to manage sales incentives, commission plans, and sales budgeting.
  • Work with the product team to stay informed about product updates and ensure the sales team is equipped with the latest information.
  • Facilitate training and onboarding for new sales team members to ensure they are equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales operations, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strong understanding of Zoho CRM systems and sales automation tools.
