Job Description:

Hr Operation Role is a strategic role designed to drive operational excellence and support the firm's growth by enhancing internal efficiency. This position will oversee key functions including HR (excluding recruitment), administrative support, facilities management, and real estate activities. While ensuring smooth internal operations, the role directly contributes to the firm’s bottom line by streamlining processes that enable higher consultant billability.

Requirements

  • Strategic Business Partnership:
    • Collaborate with leadership to align internal operations and people strategies with overall business goals.
    • Identify opportunities to improve processes that enhance productivity and minimize non-billable time.
  • Human Resources Management:
    • Oversee HR functions such as onboarding, offboarding, and employee vacations.
    • Develop initiatives to retain and develop top consulting talent.
  • Administrative Oversight:
    • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks ensuring efficiency and support for all business functions.
    • Streamline administrative workflows to reduce downtime and enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Facilities & Real Estate Management:
    • Lead facilities management efforts to maintain safe, efficient, and inspiring workspaces.
    • Oversee real estate activities including lease negotiations, property management, and workspace optimization to support a cost-effective environment.
  • Process Improvement & Project Management:
    • Identify, implement, and monitor process improvements that support operational excellence.
    • Manage cross-functional projects that drive efficiency and directly impact billable productivity.
  • Performance Metrics & Reporting:
    • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) across HR, administrative operations, and facilities management.
    • Provide regular reports and actionable insights to leadership regarding operational performance and impact.
  • Vendor & Stakeholder Management:
    • Build and maintain relationships with external vendors and service providers.
    • Coordinate with finance, consulting, and other departments to ensure operational initiatives are integrated and deliver measurable benefits.
  • Travel Management:
      • Book and manage travel arrangements for staff and consultants, ensuring efficient and cost-effective travel solutions.
      • Coordinate travel logistics to support business needs and maintain a high level of service quality.

Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Operations Management, or a related field.
    • Master’s degree preferred.
    • Minimum of 5 years in Admin, operations, or facilities management, preferably within a consulting or professional services environment.
    • Demonstrated success in managing diverse operational responsibilities and leading process improvement initiatives
