Unicorn Role Overview:
We are actively building our talent pool of Systems Specialists to match with upcoming client opportunities. This is an evergreen position, meaning we are constantly screening tech-savvy professionals who love creating efficient systems, building automations, and integrating platforms to optimize business workflows. If you’re passionate about using technology to streamline operations and build scalable solutions, this role is for you!

What You’ll Do:

  • Set up and configure CRM platforms to meet business requirements
  • Build and optimize automations using tools like Zapier, Make (Integromat), or native integrations
  • Create and document SOPs for systems and tools
  • Map workflows and translate them into automated processes
  • Troubleshoot tech issues and implement scalable solutions
  • Train clients and team members on how to use and maintain systems
  • Integrate tools across departments (e.g., marketing, sales, customer success) for seamless operations
  • Audit and clean up existing systems for improved performance

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in systems setup, tech automation, or CRM administration
  • Deep understanding of workflow design and business process optimization
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent ability to communicate complex tech concepts in a simple way
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tools and integrations simultaneously
  • Self-starter who thrives on solving problems and building from the ground up

Tools You’ll Use:

  • CRMs: HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, Zoho, or similar
  • Automation: Zapier, Make (Integromat), Workato, or native app automations
  • Project Management & Documentation: ClickUp, Notion, Google Workspace or similar
  • Communication: Slack, Zoom, Loom or similar
  • Form & Data Tools: Airtable, Typeform, Jotform, Google Forms or similar

Time Commitment & Schedule:

  • Full-Time or Part-Time
  • Schedule: TBD based on client needs (Typically U.S. Business Hours)
