💡 Who We Are

Hi there! We’re Carbyne, and every day, we’re on a mission to revolutionize public safety. As the global leader in emergency collaboration technology, we’re building a cutting-edge platform that helps save lives—think live video streaming, real-time chat, and precise location tracking.

Our tools empower emergency teams to respond faster and smarter, ensuring help reaches those in need ASAP! With partnerships with tech giants like Amazon, Microsoft, and AT&T, we’re innovating life-saving solutions for over 400 million people worldwide

Are you ready to make a difference with us? Let’s do this!

🚀 About the Role

As Partner Marketing Manager (part of Carbyne’s GTM team and reporting to the CMO), you’ll develop and execute programs that expand Carbyne’s reach via our partners. You’ll collaborate across teams to ensure our partners are equipped, our joint campaigns resonate, and our partner-sourced pipeline grows.

🎯 Here’s What You’ll Be Doing
  • Develop & Drive Partner Strategy: Create and execute a global partner marketing strategy to drive joint pipeline and brand awareness through strategic alliances (technology partners, resellers, integrators, etc.). Identify partnership opportunities and craft marketing plans that benefit both Carbyne and our partners.
  • Co-Marketing Campaigns: Collaborate with partners to design and run co-branded campaigns – from webinars and thought leadership content to joint events and case studies. Manage end-to-end campaign execution, ensuring timely delivery of assets and communications that highlight our combined value proposition.
  • Partner Enablement: Equip our partners for success. Develop compelling partner-facing materials (sell sheets, slide decks, product info, training modules) that arm partner sales teams with the knowledge and content to effectively promote Carbyne’s solutions. Conduct periodic training or webinars to keep partners up-to-date on new features and messaging.
  • Sales Alignment: Work hand-in-hand with Carbyne’s Sales, Customer Success, and Channel/Alliances teams to align partner marketing initiatives with sales goals. Ensure partner-sourced leads are properly captured, routed in Salesforce (SFDC), and followed up by sales. Establish clear feedback loops with partner managers and the sales team to continuously refine our approach and address partner needs.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Team up with Product Marketing to maintain consistent messaging and positioning across all partner communications, ensuring our partners tell the Carbyne story accurately. Coordinate with the Demand Generation team to incorporate partner activities into broader marketing campaigns (and vice versa), and with the GTM Operations Manager to track partner campaign performance and ROI.
  • Event & Program Management: Plan Carbyne’s presence in partner-related events and industry conferences. Manage joint event sponsorships, speaking opportunities, and booths together with partners. Ensure flawless execution of partner events – from logistics and branding to lead capture – maximizing our visibility and lead generation on-site.
  • Metrics & Optimization: Use data-driven insights to measure and optimize partner marketing efforts. Track partner-influenced pipeline and revenue contribution; analyze which campaigns and partners yield the best results. Develop dashboards or reports (with tools like HubSpot and SFDC) to communicate partner marketing performance. Continuously refine tactics – whether improving a webinar format or tweaking a co-marketing email – to boost ROI on partner programs.
  • Market Insight & Advocacy: Stay informed on partners’ product updates, industry trends, and market developments in the public safety and emergency tech ecosystem. Identify emerging joint marketing opportunities (for example, new integrations to spotlight). Advocate internally for the needs and perspectives of our partners, ensuring that partnership marketing remains a key part of Carbyne’s go-to-market strategy.

Requirements

🔑 What You Bring

To shine in this role, you’ll need:

  • Experience: 10+ years in partner marketing, alliance marketing, or channel marketing within a B2B tech (ideally SaaS) environment. Proven track record of planning and executing successful co-marketing programs that drive pipeline and revenue. Experience in public safety, government technology, or related industries is a plus.
  • Strategic & Execution Skills: Ability to think big-picture about partnership strategy while staying on top of execution details. You can develop a long-term marketing plan for partners and also roll up your sleeves to get a campaign out the door. Project management skills are a must – you excel at juggling multiple partners and programs without missing a beat.
  • Relationship Builder: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You’re persuasive and personable, able to build trust with external partner marketers and executives. Comfortable negotiating joint marketing plans and co-op budgets. Experience managing partner relationships or partner agencies is beneficial.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Demonstrated success working across teams – you’ll be the bridge between Carbyne and our partners, and also between marketing, sales, CS, and product internally. Ability to align partner campaigns with internal stakeholders (sales, product marketing, demand gen) and navigate different priorities to find win-win solutions.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient with marketing and sales tech stacks. Hands-on experience with CRM (Salesforce) and Marketing Automation Platforms (e.g., HubSpot) to manage leads and campaigns. Familiarity with Account-Based Marketing tools (e.g., 6sense, Demandbase) to coordinate targeting efforts with partners. Experience with data enrichment platforms (ZoomInfo) for building outreach lists, and content engagement platforms (PathFactory, Highspot, Seismic) to distribute and track partner content, is highly valued.
  • Analytical Mindset: Comfortable with data and metrics. You use performance analytics to inform decisions – whether analyzing webinar attendee data or partner-sourced lead conversion rates. Ability to set KPIs for partner marketing (pipeline contribution, number of co-marketing activities, lead quality, etc.) and report on outcomes. Experience creating dashboards or presentations to communicate results to stakeholders.
  • Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, remote-first environment. Able to manage multiple initiatives across time zones. Self-motivated and resourceful – you take ownership of challenges and persistently find creative solutions (e.g., if a partner has limited bandwidth, you find a way to still collaborate effectively). Flexibility to adjust plans as partner or market needs change.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field (or equivalent work experience). Relevant certifications (e.g., PMC, alliance management courses) are a bonus.

Feeling unsure because you don’t check every box? Don’t worry, we’ve been there too. At Carbyne, we value passion, potential, and a willingness to learn. If this role excites you and aligns with your career goals, we encourage you to take a chance and apply! You might be exactly who we’re looking for!
