Job description

About Us:
HeadQuarters is a global start-up that supports US cannabis companies in finance, sales, operations, and logistics. As we continue to scale, we are looking for a Senior Recruiter to lead our hiring efforts, drive talent acquisition strategy, and mentor a team of recruiters.

Working hours: 9 am - 5 pm PST (6 pm - 2 am Serbian time zone).

What You’ll Do:
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts across multiple departments, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Partner with hiring managers and leadership to develop and execute effective hiring strategies.
  • Manage and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance, training, and support to improve their performance.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through sourcing, networking, and proactive outreach.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize recruitment processes and improve hiring efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with hiring best practices and company policies.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives to position HeadQuarters as an employer of choice.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in high-growth or fast-paced environments.
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of recruiters.
  • Strong expertise in sourcing, interviewing, and talent evaluation across various roles.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and the ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and executives.
  • Experience with ATS platforms, recruitment metrics, and employer branding.
  • Ability to thrive in a remote, fast-moving, and results-driven environment.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience hiring in the cannabis industry.

Previous experience in scaling teams and optimizing recruitment processes.
