Job Title: Executive Assistant to President
Location: 
Remote (CST Time Zone)
Salary Range: 
up to 3500 USD

Work Schedule: 
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (CST)

About the Company:

Sagan represents a fast-growing, founder-led company operating in a hybrid environment with both in-person and global team members. This is their first global hire, and they are looking for a strategic, detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the President and help shape how the company functions across teams and locations.

Position Overview:

This is a unique opportunity for a highly organized, quick-learning professional who enjoys both execution and strategy. You'll be the Presidents right hand, attending meetings, documenting and improving processes, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and helping build a scalable, remote-friendly company infrastructure. Over time, this role is intended to grow into a more strategic Chief of Staff position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Join all executive meetings to take notes and understand the companys structure and workflow.
  • Review and synthesize existing SOPs and documentation into a clear, organized company manual.
  • Identify process gaps and schedule discovery sessions with team members and leadership.
  • Coordinate requests, follow-ups, and meeting agendas on behalf of the President.
  • Track key initiatives and ensure timely execution of company priorities.
  • Support internal communication, project management, and team alignment.


Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Proven ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing needs.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable synthesizing scattered information into clear documentation.
  • Experience working directly with executives or in fast-paced environments.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • People skills and ability to build rapport across teams.
  • Experience with remote collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Zoom, task trackers).
  • Real estate industry experience.
  • Familiarity with AppFolio, Google Drive, and Gmail.
