If you're passionate about combining deep technical expertise with strategic leadership and you're ready to drive security transformation,  this role is for you.

What You'll Be Rocking:

  • Align Programs Across Teams: Create unified roadmaps that connect Cyber Risk, Operations, Compliance, and Threat Intelligence into a powerful, integrated security strategy.
  • Deliver Executive Insights: Build and present executive dashboards and board-level reports that turn complex cyber risks into clear, business-focused insights.
  • Enhance Risk and Vulnerability Management: Lead enterprise-wide risk assessments, integrate data scanning and protection strategies, and drive mitigation efforts in line with NIST CSF and ISO 27001.
  • Strengthen Incident Response: Partner with the SOC to optimize detection and response capabilities,  including leveraging automation and orchestration tools.
  • Shape the Future of Cybersecurity: Develop multi-year strategic roadmaps, bring in emerging technologies like AI/ML and big data analytics, and enhance global threat intelligence.
  • Champion Collaboration: Serve as the key link between IT, external vendors, governance officers, and business leaders to ensure security programs drive real business value.
  • Stay Ahead of the Curve: Monitor emerging threats and technologies, provide proactive guidance, and integrate intelligence feeds into enterprise control frameworks.
  • Continuously Improve: Lead post-incident reviews, apply lessons learned, and refine security strategies to reduce risk and increase resilience over time.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Proven success leading large, complex cybersecurity projects across multiple domains.
  • Strong background in risk management and compliance frameworks like NIST CSF and ISO 27001.
  • Hands-on expertise with advanced threat detection, data loss prevention (DLP), and SIEM tools.
  • Deep incident response knowledge from forensic analysis to automated response playbooks.
  • Experience architecting enterprise security ecosystems, including integration of big data and advanced analytics platforms.
  • Skilled in policy development and operational frameworks that unify teams, tools, and strategies.
  • Ability to build trust and collaborate across technical and non-technical teams internally and externally.
  • Strong communicator with a proven ability to translate technical cybersecurity topics into executive-friendly language and drive informed decision-making.

Qualifications You'll Need:

  • 10+ years of cybersecurity experience combining strategic leadership and hands-on technical execution.
  • Demonstrated business and financial acumen, including managing cybersecurity budgets and large-scale initiatives.
  • Experience coordinating global and remote teams across multiple time zones.
  • Passion for continuous improvement and staying current on cybersecurity threats, trends, and technologies.

Why You'll Love It There:

  • High visibility: Direct access to executive leadership and influence at the board level.
