The Contracting Assistant will support the Contracting team with implementation and maintenance of various travel systems. Responsibilities include data entry, record management, supplier validation, and maintaining accurate supplier and service records. The role ensures data consistency, assists with contract preparation and management, and supports the sourcing of new products and suppliers. This role will also handle general administrative tasks like report generation and filing, contributing to the overall efficiency of the contracting processes.
This is a full-time permanent position, operating on a remote basis in Mexico City, Mexico.
Some of the experience you’ll bring with you may include:

Experience in Purchasing, Costing, Logistics or Accounting

Knowledge of accounting and taxation

Experience typing information into Excel databases or performing administrative tasks

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook at an intermediate level.

Ability to communicate in Spanish and English (Basic Level).
