The Therapy Program Manager will oversee the system in which contracted therapists provide care at Included Health, and work to ensure that assigned clinicians are able to meet quality and practice goals.
We are looking for a detail-oriented and operationally-minded clinician leader who excels in a dynamic environment, leads with empathy, and is equally excited about supporting individual clinicians and driving systems-level change.
Reporting to the Behavioral Health Clinical Director, you will support day-to-day clinical operations and be responsible for retention, performance, and quality of your assigned clinical group. In addition, you will identify opportunities to create efficiencies and system-level upgrades to support clinician workflows, quality oversight, and general practice management.
You will demonstrate inquisitiveness, independence, a growth mindset, and the ability to navigate ambiguity with confidence. Strong analytical skills and the capacity to manage complex situations is necessary. In addition, you must excel at building teams and creating strong working partnerships across the organization.
Responsibilities:Regularly evaluate systems, tools, and processes to ensure contracted clinicians are able to easily, efficiently and effectively provide careSupport growth initiatives by identifying opportunities to remove waste and streamline processesReview clinical documentation for accuracy and adherence to evidence-based protocolsReview quality metric dashboards; identify trends as well as individual or systemic remediation plans to drive improvementManage clinician escalations, quality concerns, and compliance issues as they arise Meet retention goals for your assigned cliniciansMaintain availability for scheduled or drop-in office hoursInterview, onboard and train therapistsParticipate in external facing activities such as webinars or conferences when requiredDedicate approximately 16 hours per month to providing clinical careSupport quality team in identifying ways to monitor care of contracted providers as we scaleUse quantitative and qualitative data and relevant tools (e.g., Looker) to inform decisions; support clinicians in using measurement-based care frameworks and empirically supported methodsQualifications:At least three years of clinical post independent licensure experience as a Masters Level Therapist or Psychologist.Minimum two years experience with remote healthcare people management, 5+ years preferred Licensed provider in good standing with your state board(s)Active and unrestricted license in Home StateQualified candidates must meet all clinical and educational requirements as outlined in the Clinician Employment Agreement / Offer LetterAdditional Information40 hours per week90% administrative and 10% clinicalNo more than 4 hours of clinical work per week9am-5pm your local timeThe United States base salary range for this full-time position is $105.310 to $128340+ bonus + equity + benefits.
Starting base salary for the successful candidate will depend on several job-related factors, unique to each candidate, which may include, but not limited to, education; training; skill set; years and depth of experience; certifications and licensure; business needs; internal peer equity; organizational considerations; and alignment with geographic and market data.
