Job description

 

Growth Assistant is looking for a talented Design Specialist to join our fast-paced marketing team. As a Design Specialist, you will be tasked to create engaging and high-performing ad creatives—both static and video—across platforms like Meta, Google, YouTube, Outbrain, Taboola, and more. Your role will involve using AI tools, graphic design platforms, and basic HTML to enhance digital campaigns and email marketing efforts.

The Role:

Design – Create compelling ad creatives including static graphics, short-form videos, and email templates for various platforms like social media, display networks, YouTube, and email marketing tools (Mailchimp or similar). You will also edit and enhance existing creatives using tools like Canva, and apply basic HTML when needed for layout customizations.

AI & Tools – Use AI tools such as MidJourney and Sora to ideate and scale creative assets. You will work mostly in Canva but familiarity with other design/editing tools like Photoshop and Premiere Pro is a plus.

Communication – Collaborate with the Marketing, PR, Sales, and Product teams to understand creative needs and deliver high-quality assets. You'll also help manage a creative queue, prioritize tasks, and ensure on-time delivery.

Research – Stay updated on creative trends, performance marketing techniques, AI-generated design capabilities, and what resonates with high-net-worth audiences. Use these insights to continually improve creative strategy.

The Requirements:
  •  3+ years of experience as a designer (graphic and video work)
  • Comfortable using Canva and familiar with Adobe Tools like Photoshop or Premiere Pro
  • Experience designing emails with tools like Mailchimp
  • Knows how to work with others and explain creative ideas clearly
  • Can work on your own, follow direction, and deliver great results
  • Has a good eye for detail, color, layout, and user experience
  • Experience using AI tools (MidJourney, DALL·E, Imagen, etc.)
  • Able to work during US Business hours 

Nice to Have:

  • Experience working in financial or fintech industries
  • A degree in design, marketing, or visual communication
  • Good at making short videos for social media
  • Know how to use Figma for sharing and reviewing creative work
