This remote role offers you the opportunity to make a real impact in the lives of individuals and families seeking behavioral health and mental health services.

As an Admissions Coordinator, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective clients — playing a vital role in guiding them through the admissions process with empathy, clarity, and professionalism. You’ll collaborate with both clients and internal clinical teams to ensure a smooth, welcoming intake experience.

What We Offer:

  • Work Remotely: Enjoy the flexibility and convenience of a fully remote position

  • Positive Culture: Join a supportive, compassionate, and collaborative team

  • Growth-Oriented: Build your career with a company that values development and internal mobility

What You’ll Do:

  • Answer inbound calls from prospective clients and their families

  • Conduct preliminary assessments to determine eligibility and fit for our programs

  • Gather and organize documentation needed by the Director of Admissions and clinical leadership

  • Schedule intake assessments and coordinate with internal teams for a seamless handoff

  • Support families by guiding them through the admissions process, including financial and insurance discussions

  • Provide emotional support and clear information to clients during a stressful and uncertain time

  • Maintain accurate records and communication using Salesforce CRM and other platforms

  • Attend and participate in admissions team meetings to stay aligned and informed

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a warm, professional tone

  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure

  • Friendly and empathetic demeanor with a passion for helping others

  • Familiarity with behavioral health or willingness to learn

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Adobe Acrobat, and Salesforce or similar CRM systems

  • Highly organized and self-motivated in a remote work environment

Basic Qualifications:

  • Must be 18 years or older

  • High School Diploma or GED required

  • Must successfully complete a background check (federal, state, and company-specific)

  • Able to sit for extended periods, use a computer, and lift up to 10 lbs

  • Reasonable accommodations will be provided for qualified individuals with disabilities
