Job description

This is a remote position.

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Automation Specialist who excels in connecting systems through APIs, HTTP requests, and automation platforms like Zapier, Microsoft 365 (Teams, Excel, Power BI, Power Automate), and ServiceTitan. The ideal candidate will also have experience building bots inside Microsoft Copilot Studio for deployment within our Microsoft Teams environment. Strong project management skills and the ability to communicate clearly and consistently are essential.


Schedule:
  • 40 paid hours per week
  • Monday to Friday 8am-5pm Park Hills, MO (CST)
  • With 1 hour unpaid break

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and maintain system integrations using APIs, HTTP requests, Zapier, and Power Automate.

  • Develop bots and automated workflows using Microsoft Copilot Studio for Microsoft Teams.

  • Create custom dashboards and reports in Power BI using data from multiple sources.

  • Build and optimize automations that improve internal workflows across platforms like ServiceTitan, Microsoft 365, and others.

  • Troubleshoot, test, and document integrations to ensure reliability and performance.

  • Provide regular updates through project management systems such as Microsoft Loop, Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or similar.

  • Collaborate with team members to gather requirements, implement solutions, and ensure user adoption.

  • Identify opportunities for further automation and process improvements.

  • Maintain organized records of all automations, processes, and workflows for easy reference.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience integrating systems through APIs, HTTP requests, Zapier, and Power Automate.

  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, Excel, Power BI, Power Automate, SharePoint).

  • Working knowledge of ServiceTitan and its integration capabilities (preferred).

  • Experience creating bots inside Microsoft Copilot Studio (or similar platforms like Power Virtual Agents).

  • Proficiency in using project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Loop, Asana, Trello, Monday.com).

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex processes in simple terms.

  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects independently.

  • Ability to anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and deliver results on time.

Bonus Points:

  • Familiarity with database management or basic scripting (PowerShell, JavaScript, or similar).

  • Prior experience working in an HVAC, construction, or service-based company environment.
