The Role

The Sales Consultant will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting new business opportunities. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving revenue growth by building strong client relationships, understanding customer needs, and presenting tailored solutions. Requirements
Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively prospecting, qualifying, and generating new leads through cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn

  • Managing the complete sales cycle, from initial contact through to closing deals

  • Understanding client pain points and aligning solutions to meet their objectives

  • Collaborating with the marketing team on lead-generation campaigns and content strategies

  • Accurately recording sales activity in the company CRM

  • Consistently achieving or exceeding set sales targets

Candidate Requirements
  • A minimum of 1–3 years' experience in a B2B sales or business development role

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Self-motivated with strong time management and the ability to work independently

  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales enablement tools

  • Solid understanding of the sales process and relationship-building strategies

  • Comfortable working remotely
