Job description

This is a remote position.

Position: Freelance Consultant – CTPRA Implementation
Location: Remote
Experience: 3+ years in IP Rights Management or Copyright Compliance
 
Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days
Role: Support implementation and management of CTPRA (China Television Program Rights Association) compliance processes for media content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure content complies with CTPRA copyright regulations

  • Liaise with Chinese authorities and rights holders

  • Assist in licensing, renewals, and content clearance

  • Maintain documentation and reporting for compliance audits
