We are hiring a Purchasing Specialist to manage the procurement of materials, software licenses, and professional services essential for projects and operational needs. In this role, you will ensure the timely acquisition of items and services, assign the correct cost centers, and maintain quality standards.

Task and Responsibilities: 

  • Oversee the end-to-end procurement, ensuring accuracy, approvals, and alignment with business needs.

  • Generate and manage purchase orders, track deliveries, and address discrepancies or delays with suppliers.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, maintaining accurate records and supporting audits as needed.

  • Monitor supplier performance, identify cost-saving opportunities, and drive continuous improvements in procurement efficiency and risk management.

The ideal candidates will: 

  • Have at least 1 year of experience in Procurement and/or Purchashing department, preferably in services, software, and IT equipment

  • Be proficient in Excel for data analysis and reporting.

  • Be Fluent in English, both verbal and written.

  • Have attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality while following processes in a structured and timely manner, managing multiple orders and stages of the purchase process simultaneously.
