Job description

The Kardex Group is one of the world's leading manufacturers of dynamic storage, retrieval and distribution systems. Our more than 2,500 employees worldwide develop and manufacture logistics solutions that are used in many different sectors such as industrial manufacturing, retail and administration.

As Market Intelligence Manager at Kardex Remstar, you’ll be at the forefront of uncovering the insights that shape our big-picture strategy. You won’t just gather and analyze market data—you’ll turn it into stories, trends, and opportunities that help guide smart decisions across the business. Your work will influence how we compete, where we grow, and how we stay one step ahead. You'll also lead global customer surveys, helping us truly understand the people we serve and what they need most.

If you love connecting the dots and turning information into impact, this role is your kind of challenge.

Your tasks

Here’s how you’ll make an impact:

  • Spot Trends & Opportunities
Conduct in-depth market research to identify industry shifts, emerging trends, and new opportunities that shape our strategic roadmap.

  • Gather Smart Data
Collect relevant insights from diverse sources—market reports, industry publications, customer surveys, and beyond—to build a solid foundation for analysis.

  • Make Data Talk
Turn complex findings into clear, actionable insights through engaging reports, presentations, and visual storytelling that resonate with stakeholders.

  • Collaborate Across the Business
Work closely with business development, marketing, sales leaders (including Heads of Regions and MDs), and product teams to align intelligence with real-world needs.

  • Champion Innovation
Continuously evolve our market intelligence processes by exploring AI tools and automation to deliver faster, sharper insights.

  • Stay Ahead of the Curve
Keep a pulse on industry developments, disruptive technologies, and market dynamics in the intralogistics space.

  • Give Customers a Voice
Lead the setup and rollout of global customer surveys, turning feedback into actionable strategies that keep our customers at the center.

  • Manage Research Partners
Coordinate with external market research vendors to ensure quality data collection, expert analysis, and reliable outcomes.

Your profile

  • A degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

  • Hands-on experience in market research, data analysis, and strategic planning—ideally within the intralogistics sector.

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills—you know how to tell the story behind the numbers.

  • Proficiency in tools like Power BI, along with familiarity in using AI and automation technologies to boost efficiency.

  • A collaborative spirit and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and international environment.

  • A curious, growth-driven mindset with a proactive, hands-on approach to problem solving.

  • Comfort working across cultures and geographies, with the ability to influence and drive results—regardless of distance.

  • Fluent in English (CEFR B2 or higher); additional languages are a plus!

Ready to turn insights into action and help steer the future of intralogistics? We’d love to hear from you.
