The Opportunity

The Director, Content Marketing will be instrumental in driving the strategy, development, and execution of compelling content that fuels campaigns and demand generation. This role plays a critical part in shaping our narrative, delivering high-impact content that engages our key audiences, and addresses the needs of our buyers throughout the customer journey.

As the Director, Content Marketing, you will work cross-functionally with Solutions Marketing, Demand Generation, Brand, and Customer Marketing to develop content that supports strategic business goals and campaign specific performance goals. You will take the lead in crafting and/or optimizing high-value content such as research reports, white papers, blog articles, podcasts, ads, and customer stories, ensuring consistency in messaging and brand voice across all channels.

We are looking for a strategic thinker, a master storyteller, and a content marketing expert with a track record of creating content that drives engagement and business impact.

What you'll do

  • Own and execute the content marketing strategy to support brand awareness, demand generation, and customer engagement initiatives.

  • Develop and manage content production for research reports, white papers, and customer stories, ensuring consistency across all assets.

  • Atomize content to be repurposed across multiple formats and channels, including blog posts, social media, video scripts, webinars, emails, sales enablement, and paid media.

  • Map content to the buyer’s journey, creating assets that address key pain points and guide prospects from awareness to decision-making.

  • Act as the Editor-in-Chief of Center for Human Insight, responsible for shaping the vision, strategy, and execution of research and thought leadership content.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Solution Marketing, Demand Generation, Customer Marketing, Sales, and Brand to ensure content aligns with business priorities and key messaging.

  • Translate complex topics into compelling stories that resonate with target audiences across industries, including UX, Product, Marketing, CX, and Digital leaders.

  • Manage and optimize content performance, using analytics and insights to refine strategies and ensure content is driving measurable business outcomes.

  • Lead content development for major campaigns, launches, and research initiatives, ensuring consistency in brand tone and voice.

  • Partner with external agencies and writers to maximize content production and maintain a high-quality pipeline of assets.

  • Stay ahead of industry trends to proactively identify opportunities for thought leadership and innovative content formats.

What we're looking for

  • Deep and in-depth content marketing experience in B2B SaaS, technology, or a related industry.

  • Exceptional storytelling and writing skills, with a strong ability to simplify complex topics into engaging narratives.

  • Proven experience in content production and atomization, ensuring assets are optimized for multiple channels and buyer touchpoints.

  • Strong strategic thinking and editorial judgment, with experience aligning content to business objectives and the buyer’s journey.

  • Proven track record of creating content that drives engagement, lead generation, and brand awareness.

  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Solutions Marketing, Demand Generation, CS and Sales.

  • Data-driven mindset, with the ability to measure content performance and optimize for impact.
