We’ve built all of our technology in house including an EHR, patient care admin system, patient portal, website, marketing technology etc. Winona has two compounding pharmacies and a team of in house physicians providing world-class care via a fully vertically integrated business model.

About the role:

In this full-time position, you will take ownership of complex recruitment assignments, independently managing the end-to-end hiring process for all level roles.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with hiring managers to craft compelling job descriptions, provide strategic guidance on hiring best practices, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.

Your ability to work within an established framework while bringing innovative ideas to enhance the talent acquisition process will be key to achieving success.

Seniority Level: Mid level 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process with autonomy and expertise, including technical, non-technical, and operational positions.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand role requirements and craft effective recruitment strategies.

  • Leverage data to identify process improvements and drive strategic conversations with hiring managers.

  • Source and attract top-tier talent through diverse channels, ensuring a strong and competitive candidate pipeline.

  • Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments, delivering well-informed hiring recommendations to stakeholders.

  • Stay informed about industry trends and talent market dynamics to refine recruitment strategies and stay ahead in a competitive landscape.

  • Contribute to broader departmental initiatives, enhancing recruitment workflows and aligning HR practices with organizational objectives.

Requirements:

  • +4 years of recruitment experience

  • Demonstrated success in managing complex recruitment processes, delivering high-quality hires in competitive markets.

  • Expertise in candidate sourcing, interviewing, and assessment, using innovative methods to identify and attract top talent.

  • Strong negotiation and offer management skills, ensuring smooth transitions from candidate interest to hire.

  • Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills, fostering trust and collaboration with stakeholders and candidates.

  • Proven ability to work within an established framework, driving recruitment strategies to meet project goals.

  • Advanced proficiency in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with global teams and stakeholders.

  • Experience setting up and managing ATS platforms such as Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever, with a track record of implementing efficient workflows.
