PLI is searching for a CPA professional to fill the role of On-Call CPE Content Reviewer (responsibilities and qualifications are described below). Work in a collaborative environment with a diverse, employee community. The On-Call CPE Content Reviewer will work with the Assessment Writer to ensure the accuracy and quality of self-study materials for PLI’s CPE On-Demand self-study programs. 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • On a rolling basis, review CPE On-Demand segments and their associated review and exam questions (including evaluative feedback and new glossary terms as appropriate) to ensure the accuracy and quality of self-study materials for programs awarding CPE credit in compliance with the NASBA Standards
  • Provide feedback for each set of questions to the Assessment Writer in accordance with the standards set forth by the National Association of the State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA). 

 
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS 

  • CPA license in good standing
  • Subject matter expertise in one of the NASBA Fields of Study 
  • Remote opportunity

 

 COMPENSATION RANGE FOR THE POSITION 

  • Compensation is based on the length of CPE On-Demand segment to be reviewed and may vary from project to project. The minimum compensation for a 60-minute program is $325 per review with a $25 increase per 15-minute increase in duration, up to $475 for a 150-minute program. Most programs are 60 to 90 minutes.
  • CPE (NASBA) credit for the programs reviewed.
  • CLE credit as appropriate for the programs reviewed.
