THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a FP&A Director, Global Expenses to our finance team in Brazil!  

This role will lead global expense planning, forecasting, and analysis to drive cost optimization and financial efficiency across Wellhub. As a key business partner, you will provide data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership to support the company’s financial goals

YOUR IMPACT
  • Lead global expense forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis to ensure financial discipline.
  • Partner with department leaders to manage operating expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Develop financial models and scenario analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Enhance financial reporting processes and implement best practices for expense management.
  • Support monthly and quarterly financial reviews, including preparing executive-level presentations.
  • Collaborate with accounting to ensure accurate expense accruals and compliance with financial policies.
  • Leverage data analytics tools to improve visibility into expense trends and key cost drivers.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and scalability within FP&A processes.
  • Provide leadership, guidance and mentorship to FP&A team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment

WHO YOU ARE
  • Relevant background in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in FP&A, financial strategy, or expense management, preferably in a global organization
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with a deep understanding of P&L management.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with business leaders to align financial and operational strategies.
  • Proficiency in financial systems (e.g., Anaplan, Adaptive Insights, Oracle, SAP) and Excel / Google Sheets.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex financial data in a clear, actionable manner.
  • A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with a passion for driving efficiency and process improvements.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is a must, with the ability to communicate effectively in a global business environment.

Nice to have: 

  • Experience with Zero-Based Budgeting (ZBB)
  • Audit background (Big 4 preferred), with strong familiarity in Accounting
  • Genuine interest in health, fitness, and wellness
