Huge is seeking a highly experienced Senior Technical Lead to drive the evolution and innovation of a critical, established platform. In this role leading a talented engineering team to deliver robust, scalable, and secure solutions. Your focus will be on fostering a culture of technical excellence, driving strategic architectural decisions, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. You will leverage your deep technical expertise to guide the team through complex challenges, optimize workflows, and integrate AI/ML to find efficiencies, while maintaining the stability and security of a mature application.
