Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer support to French-speaking clients regarding issues related to the music streaming platform through phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with account inquiries, subscription management, and troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints ensuring a positive user experience.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately and follow up on unresolved issues promptly.
  • Educate customers on the features of the platform, including new releases, playlists, and personalized recommendations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and ensure effective issue resolution.
  • Gather customer feedback to support ongoing improvement of the music streaming service.

Requirements

  • Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the music, entertainment, or technology sectors.
  • Strong communication and listening skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Familiarity with music streaming platforms is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficient with CRM tools and standard office software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
